Experience:I have alot of background in teaching students in a wide range of academics and extracirricular activities. I truly enjoy seeing students improve and benefit and have always found it exciting to see how succeeding is much easier than the student originally thought, once they achieve it! Academic success is extremely important and as far as a students future goes, and inevtitably huge factor! I find students can excel better in things they relate to and therefore enjoy. All of the subjects and activities I tutor in I have found a connection to and can help students find their connections within their subjects. This makes the student not only be succesful in their subjects but also enjoy doing so! There are many reasons I want to be a tutor! First off, I love teaching and helping others be succesful. This has been apparent throughout my whole life and people feel comfortable with me to always ask for help. It's something I value. Also, I feel that in tutoring as the tutor once you help a student achieve success you also achieve something by learning things about yourself you've never realized before as well as learning about and from another person. It's a win win situation on both sides! Most of all being a tutor is a beautifully rewarding experience! I have class experience in all of the topics I can tutor in! I'm an english communications major with a performing arts minor here at Emmanuel and I've gotten alot out of my courses. I have taken several english based classes such as Journalism, Critical Speech, Critical Inquiry and Persuasive Strategies. History and philosophy are touched on in those courses but I also have taken Recent Moral Issues and the History and Appreciation of Theater. As far as pyschology I have taken psychology and biopsychology! From getting over the adjustment to college I have learned many productive study tips and strategies to do well! Like I said I have assisted students but I also have extensive experience working with people, simply because it is something I am good at and something I love!
Hobbies:My interests are current events around the world and especially on campus! I love to be involved and stay busy with various organizations and activities. My favorite and most passionate hobby I have is Dance! I also enjoy exercising, playing sports such a
