| Experience: | Hi! My name is Joshua. I am finishing my undergraduate degree while starting my Masters Degree in City Planning. My undergraduate minor was in Economics. I am available to tutor any high school level math and physics, amongst other subjects. I also speak Hebrew fluently and can tutor that as well. In high school, I was a tutor for the Junior year honors Physics class. At MIT, I have been a TA for Freshman Physics. I also have a lot of experience working with high school students as a camp counselor and informal educator. Additionally I have worked at MIT a lot with incoming and Freshmen students through planning/running Freshman orientation as well as assisting with academic advising. I have taken two semesters of Calculus and Physics each, Statistics, Chemistry, Biology, computer programming in Java, as well as a number of history and political science courses. For reference, my SAT Math score was 780. |
| Hobbies: | My academic interests now are in the field of Environmental Policy and Urban Sustainability. As a former competitive gymnast, I now enjoy playing a number of intramural sports at MIT and practice Yoga. I am also an avid baseball fan. |
